Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as beverages, and platters prepared for your event. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on discounted items or gift cards.
Refunds
Cancellation by CLIENT must be received in writing no less than (5) days prior to the event. This shall result in a full refund of any BARTENDING SERVICE FEES paid per invoice. Any items bought alcoholic/non alcoholic are NONREFUNDABLE . Cancellation of services received less than (4) days prior to the event obligates the client to issue full payment of the total fees agreed upon. If cancellation is initiated by L&G, any amount paid to L&G shall be fully refunded. Any refund shall be paid out within five (5) business days.
If L&G staff arrives at said location and cannot be granted access, or is unable to reach the client for entry, L&G staff will wait and continue to attempt to contact said client for One (1) hour before leaving the premises in which no refund will be given.
Rescheduling the date of event is possible, with three (3) days notice prior to event date and notice must be received in writing from said client.
